Rice God Standing Man (Ifugao)

Carved from one piece of wood, standing upright on a 6 cm high base, with arms hanging down and roughly indicated genitals. Head sits on thick neck; The mouth, nose and eyes are only superficially scratched. Ears are pierced for jewelry? On the top of the skull there is a round recess in which the end piece of a bar of the granary has been placed, because it is known from images that these figurative representations of supernatural beings are on the right and left of the front of the house, and mostly between the house floor and are embedded in a beam.
