Bass Drum

Large round drum, with bent wood sides and two hide typani. Hide typani nailed onto wood and originally held in place by bent wood hoops strung together with criss-crossed rope. Hoops broken.<br />Exhibited at the Louisiana Purchase Exhibition, St. Louis 1904.
