Probably a mans'.
Claret red with natural hemp colored design where embroidery stiches were removed. Cotton, pink, cream and yellows embroidery, mostly cross-stitch, very elaborate on sleeves. These "Umpac" made by Culaman worn by Bagobo tribe. (From card catalogue notes by Laura Watson Benedict(1861–1932) and Lisa Whitall (1926-2019), 1905)

Technique and Material: Abaca (manila hemp) plain weave (1x1) dyed red, called Linombus - dyed with the root of the sicarig tree. Design made by embroidery + tie-dye technique (called Tritik). Cotton embroidery on shoulders and sleeves. Appliqué embroidered bands. (Laura Watson Benedict, 1905)
