Curators comments:
Register appears to imply from Sumatra, Batak. Asia Collections index card gives "[Philippines]". See AOA Ethdoc 1740A - list of 'Battah Curiosities' This is presumably: No. 15 "A lamp to burn six wicks, the Battahs used before in better houses; burning porkfat or coconut oil in it."
