Field Deity crouching (Ifugao)

Carved from a piece of tree fern wood, a human figure crouches with folded arms on a 8.5 cm high, square base (13 cm x 13.5 cm). Large square head with a thick, protruding nose and protruding ears. Mouth (probably open) marked with eight inlaid teeth; Eyes are also two inlaid discs, all made of light wood. A heel can be seen above the forehead (hairline or headgear).
