Jar and lid

Catalogue status: Research in Progress. Jar (a) with lid (b). Footed round jar, the body cast in two parts. The joint covered by an encircling banding. Short, wide, straight neck. Two small horseshoe-shaped handles hinged at shoulder. Lid overhanging the neck, stepped up to onion-shaped finial. Topmost element of finial missing--decorated with concentric bands of triangles and rectangles.
