Metal Stand

Some form of stand, unclear function. The scaffold consists of a foot at which a four-sided stick is fixed. In the middle of the pin is a round edged disc. At the top is a concave plate with a pleated edge. Materials appear to be bronze or brass. The upper half of the stick leans and sits a little badly.
