Man's Umpac ca mama, Shirtwaist

Claret red body and black arms. Embroidery is natural + brown/black hemp. White beadwork. Closed front Field Notes: "man's closed waist of hemp dyed solid red and called "Inombus"; sleeves black, decoration very elaborate: fine embroidery done by Tagacola tribe, back almost covered with small discs of calati shell in desgins called "pac-pac" (eagle's wing) and "carani" (stars) further ornamentation of beads + sequins.
