First body: Octagonal section with two dolphin-shaped handles. Second body: Circular section. The rattle would end in a tube in which a wooden nozzle would fit to direct the shot. Next to the stove or ear are two nipples and at the end of the first body two stumps in which a quilt mount is fitted. Sight is flo-shaped, with an octagonal muzzle, and a sight piece. Bottom with cane plank, fastened to the barrel with five vine clamps.

Decoration: Rhombuses with plant motifs.

The lantacas were installed on the palisades of the forts and on the huts of the boats used in their piracies by the Moorish groups

Spanish version:
Primer cuerpo: Sección octogonal con dos asas en forma de delfín. Segundo cuerpo: Sección circular. El cascabel terminaría en un tubo en el que encajaría una rabera de madera para dirigir el tiro. Junto al fogón u oído dos pezones y al final del primer cuerpo dos muñones en el que se encaja un montaje de orquilla. Mira en forma de flo, boca del cañón octogonal. Con punto de mira. Parte inferior con tablón de caña, sujeta al cañón con cinco abrazaderas de bejuco.
Decoración: Rombos con motivos vegetales.
Las lantacas se instalaban en las empalizadas de los fuertes y en las bordas de los barcaos usados en sus piraterias por los grupos moros
