Pañuelo (Kerchief)

Yellowish fabric. Embroidered in the four corners with the same motif: a bird of long tail, pecking a claw. Surrounded by branches, flowers and leaves. On the sides and serving as link between the corners, a central cartouche between two branches with flowers and leaves. The outline of the motifs and leaves are made with satin stitch (punto al pasado) , the interior with various embroidery stitches.The scarf is surrounded by a border with asymmetric waves, scalloped, with an openwork interior ( deshilado).
