Pañuelo (Kerchief)

Yellowish fabric. Embroidered decoration on the corners and on the sides. This decoration is limited towards the center by a circular line of waves and towards the outside by a straight line. All this enhanced with cord stitch (cordoncillo) ; this stitch and the relief stitch are used, together with stitches to reinforce the edges.. Floral motifs, highlighting the large central flower with scalloped outline, concentric circles and bodoques, flanked by tall stems with leaves. Towards the sides, smaller in size, repetition of these motifs.
