Hat, oblong conical shape, vertical leaves sewn together, brown rim and finial. Woven hat of oval form of overlapping layers of mengkuang leaves held in places by horizontal lines of sewn string all below a finial of thin interwoven bamboo strips in the shape of a seven pointed star, the interior with a loosely woven head support and interlocking woven bamboo ringlets for a chin strap.
