Flag, orange cotton, white appliqued designs, one black and white border.
Annotation: The flag is from the Sulu Sultanate Area, adopted after 1899. This sample with the features it presents seems to date back to the end of the 20th century . (Paolo Paddeu, President and founder of the Philippine Vexillological Association March 2022)
